Ahhhh i feel like I've been eating too much and exercising too little or in fact, not exercising at all! This is really bad!!! For like several years, my weight has been skyrocketing and finally I got it to decrease this year after having to wear braces and retainers at the same time! I manage to hit a weight I never can be more satisfied with but if I am to continue binging myself with junk food I will never ever hit my dream weight! (which is to be 48kg) Plus now I'm only 3kg there so I can not afford to add on weight! Must maintain my weight and resist eating all the junk food. Only century egg congee or cereals now! Yummy but non-fattening! And my motivation is this mindset: I must look good and skinny in my future pair of Nudies! I MUST!

For everybody who came, thank you :)
Indeed it has been one eventful week but I'm kind of sad that it's over. Oh wells, the past week has been beyond awesome I don't even know how to describe it. School has been really really really good to me despite the amount of work to be completed. Thank god all assignments are over and I'm very satisfied with my grades so far. Let's just hope that I'll do well for finals and pull up all the B+s to As! 2011 is one helluva fast as It's mid february already. I'm usually hyped up during this period as both valentine's day and my birthday happens. So anyways, my valentine's day was really simple but I quite like the whole outcome. I don't really see the need to go big scale on this day because we celebrate love, everyday. But still, I'm very thankful for the gifts I've received! Next point, for my birthday, my boy actually manage to organise a surprise party for me. Although it didn't go as planned and things screwed up, I really appreciate all his effort pumped in because I can feel that he tried his best. Really. hehe love you! Oh and to add on, I'm super touched when people actually made it to the party even when it's all the way at the other end of Singapore. Ahh I feel that this year has been one of the best birthday I ever had! I think i've received the best presents ever seriously! (This is more than meet the eye haha) So to end it off, this is my past week in a nutshell. It may sound normal to you but for me, I swear, it had been paradise.
